I have understood so much from the white paper (correct me if I'm wrong):

It's going to be a mix of PoW and PoS.
The PoW algorithm is going to be X16R, the one used by Raven coin. This algo (or combination of alogs) is indeed ASIC resistant, at lest for the time being.
It's not clear if there's going to be a premine (or postmine). Couldn't find any answer to this question.
It's not clear if there is a set block height where this fork is due to happen.

Probably the OP can clear some of these questions.

People are already fed up of forks and cloning of a thing to make it real.
Bitcoincash is the only surviving one because it was supported by huge names of bitcoin mining industry.
Bitcoingold started the premine scam and a few others followed to get free cash.
But people would be fooled no more.

Bitcoin once came into existance, is itself real and no alternate coins can be more real or take its place.
Bcr is an altcoin like Xrp, Wabi,Wtc, Xzc and it can even grow higher but we can't say itbis more real than bitcoin.

So there have been talks about this project called bitcoin real (BCr). So I went to the whitepaper and took a little bit of information, basically focusing on the challenges and solution and wrote the first part of my article.

The second part will be coming up soon, so stay tuned.
