You plan is want to build a wallet app? or exchanger? Because "remittance" word is little confuse.

Remittance most often means overseas worker sending money home. That involves fiat. Is your android app going to convert bitcoin to local fiat currencies? If not, than it's just a bitcoin wallet and we already have enough of those on android. I am not discouraging you. When you deal with bitcoin to fiat remittance, that is almost an exchange.
