Do a translation for the site in Mandarin and post it all over the Chinese Bitcoin forums. I am sure some of them are greedy enough to think up of nifty ways to get the job done.

It's a neat idea but I believe a decent amount of time will have to pass until we know if it's effective or not.

At least someone is try to put words into action. Just for my information (as I know nothing about the technical part of this bounty), if this bigger block is mined, can it be mined by either Segwit miner or BU miner (in the case either of these win)?

This is one way to go! However, I doubt the attractiveness of the nearly 300BTC, especially the high fee that the miners are getting for every block nowadays.

At the moment they are getting about 1.5-2 BTC in fee (and increasing), in additional to the block reward.
