Thanks to all who took a look at this and responded.

So latest update on this one - I never got anything back after logging a support ticket with this place.  I jumped on to their LiveChat after a few hours of logging the ticket and was speaking with someone who was looking into why this balance was not reflecting in my online wallet.  Said he would email me back when it was fixed.  Never heard back from him so today i decided to jump on again and this time explained i had 6 coins i needed to exchange as my mom is moving house and wants to power down all my gear, but would not do it if the system was not working (a lie of course, i have no more coins but worth a shot).  Funnily the chat agent said he could see there was a system error and my balance will be credited to my account in 15 minutes.  Low and behold 15 minutes later it was credited.  A real system glitch or just giving me back my  puny balance to try and score the 6 coins?  who knows, all i now is the account has now been cleared, i got my funds and will be probably looking elsewhere to exchange any future coins.  I have no evidence that this place is a scam and i know first hand systems to misbehave so this may have been a legit reason, but i get a weird vibe from this place which is enough for me to move on.

Thanks again for reading and responding to my post.

I shall wait for their prompt response as to why this has vanished.  It was SpectroCoin.  I used them to exchange small amounts to make sure it was a working and then once i verified i decided lets send all the magic beans.  Not the end of the world if they are gone, but worth an ask anyways  Smiley

There really isn't much more to tell you. You sent the coins to 19oF4uGkj5EzxoKPQvKBeJQmhy5tWz7Jd9 and the transaction got confirmed. So the coins are there. If they are not reflecting in your account balance, you will need to take that up with the online wallet support.

Can you tell us what service it is?

Thanks for the responses.  I did try the VIABTC tool and it just came back with transaction already confirmed.  I even sent their support an email but they replied with , we are really busy at the moment.

That is the correct address as i have it saved in my Bitcoin Core client wallet as a recipient and my transaction the day before arrived.  I did log a ticket with the online wallet support to see if they can explain why the amount is not reflecting, but unlike this forum which i got a response from a lot quicker than i imagined, they haven't sent any update.

Thanks again for the suggestions.

Hi there,

Well first thing to try is this,
https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
It speeds up the time your transaction is confirmerd by blockchain.
Try it, maybe it helps you.

Are you sure you sent to the correct address? Is that address from an exchange website or a web wallet or something similar? The coins have indeed arrived at that address, as you say, there are over 1300 confirmations and the transaction output is still unspent.

Have you tried contacting the support of the service that controls: 19oF4uGkj5EzxoKPQvKBeJQmhy5tWz7Jd9 ??

greetings,

Most of these topics seem to begin with "i'm a cryptonoob and need help" and indeed like most i have no clue what i have just done or when the my transaction has ended up which makes me a stereotypical cryptonoob... Guilty.

Short story - i got a mining contract about a year ago, let it build up and thought i would try and cash in the few bits i accumulated.  Didn't bother spending any time actually reading up on the important stuff, like don't send any transaction with LOW FEES!, and here i am.

I sent a transaction from my bitcoin core client to my online wallet but it was not confirming after a few days.  I panicked and turned to the web to see how to get this thing unstuck and tried a few of the suggestions like upgrading wallet to latest version which had the option to abandon transaction or use the zapwallettxes which removed the stuck transactions and gave me back my bitcoin (did it really, i am not so sure after all this).

Once the balance was back in my wallet i tried to send the transaction again but this time with the recommended fee so i could exchange and the confirmation is showing up with 1375 transactions (at the time of this post) but it has not shown up on my online wallet where i plan to exchange it.  My payouts and other transaction all show up to my online wallet it is just this one particular transaction that has vanished.

I don't really know much about Bitcoin transactions but have seen loads of terms being flung around which make not a lot of sense to me like double spend, spent/unspent etc. so i guess this is a last chance to see what happened.  Luckily my other half knows less about bitcoin than i do so will never know i have possibly thrown £400 (at time of post) to the digital gods.  I can just hear it now "that's a new pair of shoes you just gave away...." oh dear....  Any help on getting this would be great.
