I would agree w/ the others, don't try and find something Bitcoin targeted platform wise. I would look for e-commerce software (such as WP + WooCommerce) and then find a module which supports/adds Bitcoin payments.

You're completely wrong here, there are a bunch of ready made solutions.
Even Shopify supports Bitcoin payments, I don't know if this was the case when this topic was started.

I also recommend Wordpress. Learn it then sign up with a Hosting company and never pay another webmaster. Its not hard, you can learn the basics in a day. Wordpress has a lot of free themes that related to Bitcoin, then they have all kinds of free plugins that can get you on your way. The sky's the limit literally. Are there any website packages where you get a template and can modify it as you need?
I would need to accept Bitcoin as well as card payments. I am not sure about bank transfers and paypal seems loaded with potential problems.
I will be selling Bitcoins in digital and physical form.
I will also be selling different Bitcoin related merchandise.

It is also possible to choose one of the eCommerce website builders. Using one of them can be a good choice, especially if you don't have much experience and coding skills. They have all necessary features and are mobile compatible. I hope you will find this information to be useful!
