Not sure I understand you correctly, but having posts deleted doesn't necessarily make a ban, though it can certainly improve your chances. Posts are removed for all sorts of reasons but yours were for being unintelligible and if that keeps happening you'll quickly receive another ban. To avoid that just stick to posting in your own language in your local board.
I have a question when is banned? Before I posted wrong, only deleted but now is banned .
