Its such a difficult situation to grasp feel free to try to explain it in some way shape or form
but that's pretty much precisely what is happening, some people will argue that the former
two will just disappear which means government departments if they survive would end up
being private entities which will mean all schools hostpitals etc etc will be private entities
will people allow a private welfare system funded by tax ?
