Do you guys have any advice on where in EU to open a corporate ccount for a company that will recieve transfers from crypto exchanges?
Tried in many countries, no luck.

Maybe you have some expierience with banks in EU that are ok with corporate accounts that accept crypto transfers.

The only one i know is the german Fidor Bank: https://www.fidor.de/

They have a partnership with bitcoin.de, one of the most secure fiat-to-crypto exchanges in europe.

Thank you! Can someone answer question 2 for me. That's what bothers me the most :/

That depends on where you live (Berlin), what nationality you are and to what bank you're withdrawing your Euro, I guess. If you want to be absolutely sure, ask a "Steuerberater (accountant) that specialized in Crypto or the "Finanzamt" (finance authority) directly. There are many things to consider and if you want to be absolutely sure, you need to ask a specialist.

PS: Welcome to Germany Smiley

Hi!

Regarding 1) ... I would recommend you to open an account at bitstamp, one of the biggest exchanges here in the EU. They do support withdrawals to your bank account (though they dont list a lot of coins). Bitcoin.de had (back in my usage days) very high fees compared to other exchanges.
