Okay there are times I would be willing to sell for 3 percent below mt gox and I also sell litecoin via paypal, money order, cash in mail, debit card through google check out, and money pak
I sell litecoin for 2 percent over btc-e last price for cash or money order and 4 percent for other methods. Most of the time you could buy at that price and switch them out for bitcoin at btc-e and get it for 6 percent less than gox or more.

Yes, Ownership of the company has changed. tarrant_01 was the majority owner and I was the minority owner. When Wells Fargo closed down our business account, we decided on splitting ways and I bought his share of the company. We parted on good terms and are still friends.
