Why does it sound too good to be true?

It's a very good price but it's not unrealistic. Like he pointed out he's a noob so he has to offer a good price.

I could offer the same service and still earn money.

For such a low value, escrow is only mandatory because he's a noob.

The price is good but realistic.

Well I have only seen people charging $15 + credit for these and by yesterday's price he was offering it for $9 including $5 credit which seemed unreal to me. And yes I asked for escrow because he's a newbie.
