I think this project was discontinued because it failed on test run phase?
You won't be able to get to the moon, but I think you can be a part of one of the International Space Station expeditions if you pay a couple million USD to NASA. They will train you and send you up for a few days to the ISS.

I'd say just stick with Silk Road. Safer, cheaper, and probably equally entertaining depending on your drug(s) of choice.

I can't wait until we can buy a trip to the moon for 1 BTC. And I don't mean a purchase on Silk Road either.
My original investment was for a trip to the moon. Well reality kicks in and maybe that is not so realistic. But I would be willing to invest in "someone" from our Bitcoin community taking a trip to outer space on a SpaceX vehicle. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to invest in a Bitcoin entrepreneur at least traveling to outer space with SpaceX?
The only reason I ask is because it is getting really feasible to travel to outer space. If trust was the only issue, I know we have the resources and limited time to make this a groundbreaking reality. Only caveat I require is that we use SpaceX vehicles. If anyone is on the same page we need to start this now and maybe we can make happen as a community. So, my initial thought with Bitcoin was to goto the moon. Best way to do it: save your BTC and then buy a ticket yourself in 20 years time when BTC value is much higher, and tickets to space are much cheaper By then we may well have a space elevator too. Goodbye gravity well - hello cosmos!
