German is the only country handling BitCoins like it should be handled.

It is too early to say this imho
Well it's a lot better then anywhere else ;p

Don't be sure ... it sounds good by now, but the authorities didn't closed the door for both possibilies: tax it or forbid it. The legal state of "private money" is anything but clear. It means, more or less: we can tax it and if we want, we can decide its illegal.
Still, it´s a lot better then for example America or Thailand.

Wow how could a police possibly ask that? And what is it for him or the state? Isn't it that the taxation not direct and only when you do buying, selling, service and real estate? Or he just want trade with you?  Shocked

How awful! Any idea why they would ask that?

LOL.
