You can't replace a transaction by higher fee unless you have enabled it already. In Electrum, you have to enable it manually & when you broadcast a transaction, you have to choose whether or not you are liekly to use RBF in that transaction later. Importing PK or seed will not work I guess since you already have released the transaction.

Yes that's true. But when you have an unconfirmed transaction and you use blockchain.com as your main wallet or any other wallet that doesn't support those features, simply use your seed or PK in a client which has the cpfp/rbf features , then you are good to go. Op seems not to have knowledge about those features so once he got stucked, he came here and ask, which also a good option when you don't know what to do.

Good to know that your transaction has been confirmed. Now would you want to know how to get your transaction confirmed if it has low fee rate? Re_broadcasting the transaction may not work if you set a low fee as a sender or the sender set a low fee if you are the receiver.
I advice you to search about those two options and learn more about some good functionalities in your wallet :
- replace by fees.
- child pay for parents.
