how do i do this i need this to clear now i sent all the coins i had in my wallet so now what do i do
You cannot do this with the blockchain.info wallet. Your only options are to wait or contact the miners.
If I run the core wallet then I'm able to include a transaction which will be the first confirmation right? isn't blockchain.info also a full node(s)?
That is not how Bitcoin works.

Full nodes do not provide confirmations, miners do. Regardless of what you do, it is up to the miners to confirm the transactions by including them in blocks.

What are you including? Where are you including it? Unless you are a miner, you are not including any transactions anywhere.

What happens if fees are deducted from balance no matter if double spent or not, wouldn't that reduce spam?
Then you are giving miners the ability to steal Bitcoin that is not theirs. The fee is not part of any balance. The fee comes from the difference between the amount created by the outputs and the amount consumed by the inputs.

EDIT: I pushed the first tx now it has 4 confirmation though blockchain.info still says unconfirmed.

attempt a double spend with a higher fee (RBF transaction),

correct me if i am wrong but in order to do a Replace By Fee transaction should the initial transaction already have the flag signaling the ability to be replaced?
this tx has one input with the max sequence of (ffffffff)
how do you RBF a transaction like this?
Some miners still do full RBF, meaning that there does not need to be any opt-in signalling. Such an RBF transaction is basically the same transaction but with a higher fee, so one of the outputs will be slightly smaller.

i downloaded Blockchain wallet
What blockchain wallet? The mobile wallet made by Blockchain.info? If so, that is a web wallet and you will not be able to do the third option.

The first transaction spends from an output in the second transaction, so that cannot confirm until the second one does. Your second transaction is the one in the OP and has a low fee as I stated earlier.

Try contacting the users I suggested earlier and using the site I linked to.

Your transaction fee is fairly low. You paid a fee of ~65 satoshis/byte. The current recommended fee is ~120 satoshis/byte according to http://bitcoinfees.21.co/.

You have a few options. You can wait for it to confirm, wait for it to drop from the network and resend with a fee, attempt a double spend with a higher fee (RBF transaction), or ask a miner.

If you want to do the third option, we need to know what wallet you are using.

For the 4th option, you can contact the users macbook-air and Quickseller. You can also try using this tool: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

i downloaded Blockchain wallet I never used Bitcoin before or sent before I'm a newb I have two transactions i made that didn't confirm
