To me it seems, that your so called 'alternative market' scammed you.

The transaction went trough successfully and the recipient already has used this coins in another transaction.

You might try to contact this 'alternative market' and see whether it was a mistake. But i think it wasn't.

Is your 'alternative market' some shady market accessible via TOR ? Most of them are scam.

Hello I'm new to this forum and have only been using bitcoin for just over a month. On 10/06 at 8.52 pm I sent bitcoin from blockchain to the following address 3AHzNcaXcWBQc93kMCr26az2PthFXYaBzc. It was confirmed and verified but never received on other end. It says on my blockchain the following when i click on transaction:
Who "controls" the address: 3AHzNcaXcWBQc93kMCr26az2PthFXYaBzc? Huh

You? Or is it a deposit address that is part of an exchange, marketplace or some other site? Huh

I just want to know whether my bitcoin is gone or whether i can retrieve it??
the outgoing transaction out of that address resembles a deposit address, am I right?
in this case you need to check if your account has ever been credited or not?
if it has been credited and it's gone now, then your account may be hacked... your bitcoin is lost
otherwise you need to request the admin of the site to credit your account correctly

The moment transaction is confirmed, then the other end (people who own wallet with address 3AHzNcaXcWBQc93kMCr26az2PthFXYaBzc) already receive the Bitcoin.

But in this case, the received Bitcoin already spet / used. If you're sure you didn't spend / use your Bitcoin, then most likely your wallet has been hacked.

P.S. please make a new thread to ask help. This thread will be messy if we're talking about 2 different topic in a thread.
Ok so what's the 2 topics?? I just want to know whether my bitcoin is gone or whether i can retrieve it??

1GgCX9nXAiqo8TqFikWCNFmzGosDJj3qHz is the address of the wallet i intended to send the bit coin. The problem is that it  isn't there. I had 0.0180 in that account  before the transfer, and I still have that amount. The address is an online wallet for an alternatve market. I understand the risks of that, and I"m not counting out the fact that somthing on that end went awry, but I've not had issues before with the site, and still have a pending balance.

Im using windows 7 professional 64bit.

Well your answer is right there...

The transaction itself is ok so you should talk to their support.

The address is an online wallet for an alternatve market.
Given the transaction has been confirmed and you are sure the address was correct, then the only people who can help are the "alternative market"... they received your coins... and have since spent them.

If your balance has not been updated correctly, they're the only ones that can rectify that.

There's nothing wrong with the transaction. It went through perfectly fine and the funds were transferred. The problem isn't with your transaction but its with your site. You have to contact your online wallet regarding that.

Electrum 3.3.6 transfer wallet (standard)

I redeemed the folllowing amount of 0.03838924 Bitcoin which i then transferred to my Electrum wallet. That transaction was completed without incident (Trans ID: 51f0f9751bef90ffbfb1f1133b8342c6310d78630175482c331166c941e61814) on 6/3/2019 at 15:25. After receipt of the bitcoin I then attempted to transfer the bitcoin to another address. This is where the bitcoin gets lost.

On 6/4/2019 at 0310 I sent the bitcoin to my alternate wallet and the transaction says its been completed, but my other wallet never received the funds. This is the transaction ID for the lost bitcoin: ed08469ec5a6e651971e98d02d338c8298016246f2dc1a3514d806ac0d45631e.

The coins went here : 1GgCX9nXAiqo8TqFikWCNFmzGosDJj3qHz

Is this not your desired address?

~snip~
I tried to attach screenshots of the transactions but this page(or my operating system) was being uncooperative.

For your first transaction, the other output isn't for the network fee but it it intended for someone else. The highlight of the output basically just means that that output is intended for you and the other is intended for someone else.

For your second transaction, it appears that the output of the transaction has already been spent. I assume that the address (1GgCX9...) belongs to you. If so, are you using an online wallet for that address or are you using a local client?

Electrum 3.3.6 transfer wallet (standard)

I'm not sure if I did something wrong because the two transaction read slightly different. Although it may simply be the difference between recieving and sending. On the transaction without incident there were two output addresses. The first being the deposit amount of 37.81756 for my Electrum wallet(highlighted green); and the second, the significantly smaller amount of 0.34868 ... presumably the network fee(not highlighted). Both amounts listed as mBTC. Only one input source was listed.

The second being the attempted transfer into a different wallet. There are 2 input sources here, the second being highlighted in green, and there is only one output (unhighlighted). The output being the wallet to which I intended to send the bitcoin. It says confirmed and from what it looks like to me it was sent. The money is not in my electrum account anymore, of that I'm certain. But my other wallet never received the bitcoin. I have checked and double checked that the addresses are the same and they are. So I dont know what to do here. Hopefully someone can help out.

Before finishing this post I must say that I did copy/paste the intended address. I was reading some other posts with similar issues and I thought that tidbit might be significant. Any help would be amazing.
I tried to attach screenshots of the transactions but this page(or my operating system) was being uncooperative.
