Sounds like you sent the transaction to yourself! Are you sure you put the ICOs BTC address? And you didn't accidentally paste YOUR address because they would have asked for your address when you were registering...

As far as I can tell, you sent the coins to: 15tRtTNw764neqzdR4FkfFu4Zx6fjbCcLu

Is that your address? What is the ICO deposit address?

Your TX seems fine at 160+ confs., although the blockchain has been pretty slow these days. I've been waiting for a tx myself to confirm for over 5 hours
it has been 1 and and half day and it still not reflecting  Cry
Which wallet or web wallet service are you using? There may be a problem with the service itself, if its not reflecting, as the the blockchain shows that your tx does have necessary confirmations( min 2-3 for most wallets)
im actually using blockchain.info to transfer to an ICO. suspecting due to high volume from the ICO it is still not getting reflected  Cry

Your transaction has already been confirmed, its fine. Now back to your problem, Assuming that the ICO you've invested in is legit, You should just contact that particular ICO's support as the problem clearly lies on them so unfortunately we can't help you this. Most ICO's usually sends emails with instructions haven't you gotten one?

They might have an ANN thread here so check it out.
sure i have an additional question. i'm very sure when i send the transaction to the ICO was the right address but when i check my wallet in blockchain.info, it is still showing my balance that i transferred to the ICO and have only minus the transaction fee

this is what is reflecting in my wallet

value when Sent: $0.00

Transaction Fee: 0.00029606 BTC

YOUR BALANCES
$266.21

1. will the balance still reflect although the transaction was confirm?
2. is there a way for me to check the address that was send to from blockchain.info?

the ICO is a valid one just that they have block all incoming transaction for the time being due to high demand and to many people trying to login at the same time which slow down the website but my transaction was transferred 4 hours before they make an official announcement.
