Sounds like you sent the transaction to yourself! Are you sure you put the ICOs BTC address? And you didn't accidentally paste YOUR address because they would have asked for your address when you were registering...

Now back to your problem, Assuming that the ICO you've invested in is legit, You should just contact that particular ICO's support as the problem clearly lies on them so unfortunately we can't help you this. Most ICO's usually sends emails with instructions haven't you gotten one?
They might have an ANN thread here so check it out.

the ICO is a valid one just that they have block all incoming transaction for the time being due to high demand and to many people trying to login at the same time which slow down the website but my transaction was transferred 4 hours before they make an official announcement.
