Any website you visit already has your IP address, unless you're visiting it through Tor, so they have your address already anyways.

Any website which you provide your bitcoin address to can associate that with your IP address. Unless you're on Tor or something, isn't this a bit of a cause for concern?

Personally, I don't see this as a problem, as it makes the currency very transparent in principle. If you want to be fully anonymous, you need to put serious effort into that.
