Was that transaction from "Bitpanda"? Recently, few Electrum users had similar issues (to an extent) and from the looks of it, you were also affected by "this bug".

There's already a fix in place but you'll have to wait for the next Electrum release.

I was able to enter the Receiving Address, where I sent 2 payments, the 2nd payment was confirmed by the Blockchain, only in Elecrtum the booking is missing. Is that normal?

No, that's not normal. If you've sent funds to an adress belonging to an Electrum wallet, it should show an incoming amount from the moment the transaction got broadcasted.

As ranochigo stated:

Is your Electrum connected to a node/updating?

Is that dot which states "Network" green or red?

RED= Disconnected, probably something wrong with your firewall/wifi, which means the balance/incoming transaction never have been updated.

GREEN= Connected, which means you probably send the coins to the wrong adress/got phished into sending the coins to someone else's adress.

Hello support,

Unfortunately, I understand only half, should I go through all the servers? How long should I stay connected to everyone?

greeting

Matthias
I'm not support. Can you key in the commands into Electrum?

Is the little bubble at the bottom right green or red?

Did you get the address from your current instance of Electrum? Click on the "View" tab and ensure that the console is shown. Key into the console:
Code:
ismine("1YOURADDRESS")
, replacing the 1YOURADDRESS accordingly. If it returns true, then you are probably safe.

If the above is true, click on your little circle on the bottom right and try switching servers.

Hello everybody,

Unfortunately, I accidentally transferred money to an old Bitcoin address, the money should have arrived for an hour. Everything is displayed correctly in the blockchain, but not in my electrum wallet. Is only the current Bitcoin address valid and the other addresses do not work in this case? Or does the money still arrive sometime? What should I do?

best regards

Matthias
