I'm not sure what wallet you use, but on Ledger Wallet you can adjust it or use custom. I didn't see dynamic fees on it. Maybe on the Nano S model or Blue.

setting fees manually is the wrong approach. dynamic fees are the correct way to do it.

Define "high fees"?

Did you send enough so that the average fee across both transactions is around 350-400 sats/byte or higher? if not... you didn't use "high fees". Undecided

Post some transaction IDs and we can take a look to see if there are other factors preventing your transactions from confirming...

I am having the same problem in Electrum, it's extremely frustrating. Huh

Electrum gets fee estimates from electrum servers so the problem may be with the server you are using. Click on the orb icon in the bottom right and choose a different server. Perhaps that will fix your problem.

As for your stuck transactions you can right click on them and choose 'increase' fee if that option is available. If it isn't available then right click and choose 'child pays for parent'. Then choose an appopriate fee and click ok in the window that appears. Then click on 'sign' and 'broadcast' in the window after that.

Please set 'propose replace-by-fee" to always under tools menu > preferences> fees tab so that you can use the 'increase fee' option for all future transactions.

For future transactions try these instructions, they are for the latest version of electrum. Older versions have a different layout for the settings windows.

Click tools in your menu bar, then preferences in the drop down menu that appears.

Click the fees tab in the window that opens and copy the settings from this screenshot. Click the close button to close the preferences window

When you send coins move the fee slider shown in this screenshot all the way to the right for fast confirmations.

There's your issue and the issue i ran into. Your sat/byte is too low. You need to be around 300sat/byte for the transaction.

Hi Thanks for answering
After the first answer from Beparanf, I thought that I had to change the online block explorer, so I went to
Electrum Settings >Apperance > Online Bock Explorer
I changed blockchain.info to BTC.com.
Problem is that before doing those changes when I was looking for the transaction ID it was appearing on blockchain.info
After changing the explorer, I assume it is normal that transaction ID did not show on BTC.com as long as I didn't use it for transaction.
So I went back and put blockchain.info because I was using this explorer when I did the transaction.

Could you provide an example transaction ID so that we can inspect the transaction in more detail?

If you are using high fees, it is possible that there is another reason for the delayed confirmation such as an unconfirmed parent transaction or similar.

What are exact bitcoin wallet you using? If you are using blockchain wallet, Then try to find another wallet because blockchain wallet has some issue. Electrum might work for you. And it is usual nowadays for a transaction to be unconfirmed for a duration time even if you use high fee because of scaling problem of BTC. You might experience changes in the few days due to SegWit activation. Hope so.

First properly read the OP comment as he clearly mentioned that he is using Electrum and even tried with latest version also.

I am also facing the same problem and my transaction is stuck for more then 5 days and it is still not got cancelled and today i made one more transaction with highest fee and more then 3 hrs still it is pending. I dont know what is going to happen.

Problem is : everytime I want to make a transaction, it is unconfirmed. I have to wait about 3 to 4 days until transaction cancels and I get money back.
