Trezor is as safe as an offline wallet, but is as easy to use as other desktop wallets IMO. The only problem is its price, a price tag of $100+ is still a bit too high for casual bitcoin users...

I've recently had the chance to get my hand on a Bitcoin TREZOR in the Bitcoin Expo in Shanghai. The device is pretty cool and seems to give you the best of both worlds - the security of an offline wallet with the flexibility of a hot wallet. The only thing I'm still struggling with is trying to go through the recovery process (mentioned in the review), if anyone managed to do this I'd like to know if you managed to do this smoothly - mine gets stuck half way.
