I do agreed that this was a wrong section to the person who write on this forum about tweeter party, If there's a reason to celebrate and that is we must get on party if bitcoin reach 1000$ price value....lets party party!!! cheers!! 
Media didn't pay much attention to halving like it did to Craig Wright episode.This maybe the reason for halving not having any considerable positive affect on price
I don't think halving should be a big news on the portals and online newspapers, if the bitcoin price would change dramatically then it would be a big news but craig wright was really a big news, even though he is not confirmed as bitcoin founder yet. I thought #bitcoin would be on the trending list of twitter but didn't happened.

I don't really have an idea how bitcoiners celebrate halving. I heard some that there are party during the halving. I don't even have a twitter account. I'm all alone during the halving and so I would like to ask everyone if there is a grand celebration or an organized event held for a halving celebration. Any information is appreciated guys.

I do hope I can join you guys in your party but I celebrated the halving alone since I am the only bitcoin user and enthusiasts in our area. Bitcoin has played an important role in our lives and I think bitcoin needs to be thanked though it does need it. Maybe a little promotion or awareness posted on our fb or Instagram or tweeter pages could really help promoting bitcoins to other people.
It looks like a mod moved this thread to bitcoin discussion instead of altcoin announcements. Now nobody is commenting... The party was growing fast and becoming popular when this was listed in altcoin announcements.

Whooohhh !!! the most awaiting day for the bitcoin community. Traders and miners(I think) will be happy and hoping to have a rapid increase of price(although it may not happen). But now, all we have to do is PARTY !!!! Many oppurtunity will come for us. So dont forget to join the Tweet and Retweet party with the hashtag #bitcoin trending. Have a happy halving guys
