According to coinbase they are currently experiencing transaction delays. Quoting it below:
There was a guy with a similar problem. I think his transaction got processed in less than 12 hours or 24 hours. So you just need to wait, if 24 hours has passed and it's still pending, you should then contact their support.

Yes, My Coinbase balance has decreased to zero (0) after I initiated the transfer. When I initiated the transfer I said use Max and it used all my bitcoin in the Coinbase wallet to transfer to other wallet. The transaction shows in Pending status and it shows the full amount as amount initiated for transfer. it shows the fee of 0.001BTC but am not sure where would this fee be deducted from if my entire balance is put for transfer from coinbase to other wallet.
There is no Bitcoin transaction going towards the address you linked.
Have your Coinbase balance decreased? And if it was, how is the transaction showing in your Coinbase account? Make sure that the transaction was really sent.
