Blockchain.info stopped and removed this feature to their wallet already don't know what's the main reason but it's gone. Some campaign manager ask this also because they used as always this feature on campaign's payout, I just recommend also Electrum as what other's did as they have "Pay to many" feature. 2. Well, wallets that I know send bitcoin to multiple addresses:

The Electrum wallet has a pay to many feature which does what you are asking. You can download Electrum from the official website www.electrum.org . This wallet has only positive feedback so far from a big majority of users in the forum.
