Actually, that thing that would kill Bitcoin is the users of it. Bitcoin has it's ups and down and there's no denying it. Bitcoin could be use in illegal things because of it's pseudo-anonymity that people took advantage of. Government will use its power to put as much necessary regulation as possible to prevent those things that harm people. We can't stop the people from using cryptocurrency as a way to scam or take advantage of people which is why one day, they might kill Bitcoin.

One of the best features of Bitcoin is it's anonymity. This is also one of the reason why countries are banning or at least hesitant to embrace the technology. From money laundering to illegal drug transactions to human trafficking. We always blame the FUD from mainstream media, financial institutions like banks, the government etal. But do you think, the one that would "kill" Bitcoin is actually the nature of it.

Here's another news where Bitcoin was being used in an illegal activity. This will raise a lot of eyebrows because it concerns our children.

http://www.news.com.au/finance/money/investing/bitcoin-could-become-illegal-after-its-blockchain-was-discovered-containing-child-abuse/news-story/bf486e6e8de453fd7ad2abba019952dd

Indeed bitcoin features is anonymity but its not the reasone bitcoin used for illegal activity. People can using fiat money for illegal activity. Peoples doing criminal activity because the want to do it not matter using bitcoin or fiat money, its depend on behaviour itself.
But i do believe bitcoin can be killed by community itself because when the community decide not to using it, bitcoin will be worthless

This is how the reality... I admit that this might be true that bitcoin will be use in different characteristics of a crime. Because of his anonymity even if bitcoin is not  design to use in criminal. But it's depend upon the user how they intend to use bitcoin in good or bad. Even if the fiat money
That has many regulation but still the criminals are free to use for their own bad personal interest.

The bitcoin i know is not known for its anonymity, it is Pseudonymous at best and that is not the reason countries are trying to block it, the state will loose it control over its citizens when it comes to finance and that is the biggest concern they will be having, bitcoin cannot be killed and it will thrive on and governments around the world will regulate it to restrict illegal activities and to have some control over it rather than having none.

This is terrible news I must say. However, there is good and bad in everything. Bitcoin just needs tighter regulations, tighter regulations do not mean fraud will completely be eliminated. Next is the biggest drivers of fear is the media not the only entity we should blame but they play a big part.

Anonymity is a criminal's bestfriend. Criminals are smart, they have to finds ways to bend laws and not to be caught. If you watched narcos series, they look for so many ways to launder money and bitcoin will be their biggest tool for transactions.

yes, you are right.  bitcoin is anonymous, bitcoin character will be killing himself. and that character is often used to commit criminals.

but, the purpose of bitcoin was created not for criminals, I'm sure Satoshi does not think if the blockchain will be rejected by the world, Satoshi just wants to provide solutions to get out of the monetary crisis in 2008. but the result is a lot of the world rejects blockchain.

so, I think the world should accept bitcoin, bitcoin requires good regulation, so criminals who use bitcoin will be punished.

I dont think that the illicit activity that bitcoin is used for will end bitcoin.  Bitcoin wasnt made to with the intent of being used for illicit activity it was made to solve the problem on centralized currency.  With this being said you could apply the same logic to guns.  Guns are constantly being used to kill people in the U.S, but that is not their only use so you cant entirely blame guns for murder.

that's right

The anonymous features of bitcoins which you think bitcoin will kill itself is advantage for somebody who also want to make transactions without the knowledge of  banking authorities. Any form of payment such as paypal or skrill has advantages and disadvantages and bitcoins is not exception. It is ridicules to say that bitcoins will kill itself as a result of its features.

The anonymous feature is what makes Bitcoin so compelling now that it's hidden, not the function that causes it to crash. If Bitcoin is banned, it may be affected by the price, but it is pushed further because criminals continue to use it for exchanges. So this has helped Bitcoin move to the moon.
Yes. I admit that because of the anonymity, BTC attracted many people to them. Since then, they have had a lot of buying activities that made the price of BTC higher. I believe that in the future BTC will be able to lose the anonymity if we hold them.

You have a point right there, and yes because bitcoin has grown so much and has gained a lot of attention I think the next thing that is going to kill bitcoin is bitcoin itself, it is used for illegal activities and has spread all over the world, I think because of this a lot of governments and the people are going to have negative thoughts about this, sadly it is the truth.

Yes, I believe that Bitcoin has grown so big that now, it is the only thing that could destroy itself. The biggest threat to Bitcoin is from the users of it. In order to avoid it, we need to focus on the core principles of Bitcoin and blockchain and start using it as a payment system in the first place instead of focusing on earning from speculation activities. Unfortunately, we don't have that level of mass maturity to deal with the volatility and hence we as a user, can not focus on the core benefits of it.

Bitcoin is not totally anonymous since it is still traceable and different money are already being used by criminals since early ages how much more today for bitcoin where its nature is decentralized and technology is improvised? But still bitcoin is holding on and getting better now even if there are criminal activities like our own fiat money

I don't think those issues would kill Bitcoin itself because if it does, then why would Bitcoin still existed until today? Bitcoin is like a gun which it cannot operate itself to kill people but people kill people. Same with Bitcoin which it is I think not created for dark intentions, it is just that people will always find ways to evade government laws or restrictions. Those issues won't kill Bitcoin because more and more countries and businesses adopted it's blo kchain technology instead of banning as a whole. I can only see limited countries to ban Bitcoin compared to those that embrace it.

Good or bad publicity is still publicity, even how hard you do this things to this coin it will always recover because people learned how this can benefits them and any way,but ofcourse preferably financially..

If i were you why not just stop acting like being a victim because in every war theres a casualties, just do you work here and don't bother about everything

I agree on you, just do what makes you earn profit, don't mind the news even if it's good or bad. It is just a publicity, As long as you know the advantage and disadvantaged of bitcoin and you already know how to hold it, just do it, don't mind other.

Bitcoin probably wont kill itself, there is no reason why it wont adapt and evolve to make any changes necessary happen. Right now there are sidechains developing, lightning network implementations are rapidly increasing and regulation is starting to take shape. It appears to me that bitcoin still has a lot of life in it, as is apparent to the rest of the world too.
