Bitcoin without altcoins there are no chance for for making profit from trading with small capital and there are no place for increase my bitcoins, although altcoins can become scam coins but there are many altcoins that can be trusted for making investment into them.
The only huge problem around the altcoins its just there are few that are made just with the purpose to scam others. But in the general altcoins are helping several people to get more bitcoins, and those is the main interest over altcoins in the general, even with some 2-5 altcoins with a good potencial to grow and follow bitcoin. Bitcoin alone would be more traded and more used but those wouldnt make the people think into how to improve the issues it has as confirmations, and when the last bitcoin be mined.
It would have less volume than it has now since the success of any crypto in general increases the appreciation of all crypto.

For the purpose of speculation, altcoins have their utility, in fact there is potential for profit, but there is also the potential for losses, and this leads many inexperienced users to have bad times in the market. And I agree that bitcoin will be affected once altcoin ceased to exist because this altcoin simply gives a demand pressure to bitcoin because most altcoin can be bought only by BTC.
I'm not sure it's a good deal to mine those coins... They don't have the same stability, popularity and "tradition" of Bitcoin, making this kind of investment very risk.
You can start mining it today, and after 1-2 months, the coin price downs half of it price. So, you lost a lot of time and energy mining it and had loss in the end. I think it can worth if it's done as an experiment. Don't put a lot of money on it, just use part of your money to invest in alt-coins and alt-coin's mining.

Nahh, I think BTC could survive without altcoins, one thing doesn't fully need the another...
But it's good and helpful for traders and some gamblers make their profit.
It cant, if atls died btc would die because that would mean trust in crypto would have died.

I just wanted to get your opinions on this one , what do you think Bitcoin would be if there was no Alternative coins such Litecoin & Dogecoin and the others ...

without any alternate coin there will be no alt coin trading and it will be more difficult to grow our bitcoin with that way i don't think that bitcoin would have no value if ever there is no alt coin i don't have much knowledge about the market but in my opinion if there's no competition with each coin we will never see the worth of bitcoin and it is still much better that there's an alternate coin aside from bitcoin.
Bitcoin without altcoin is like monopolizing the business of cryptocurrency. The price or value of Bitcoin will be so high if there is no other cryptocurrency competencies, and with this altcoin people have more choices in transacting virtual money not only Bitcoin.

But there is a point in my mind that the altcoins are started by the developers who were once involve in bitcoin and now have started their own coin and they are using their own skills/ideas for their coins so if they use their skills/ideas only for bitcoin then it will get a speedy success and will capture the finance of the world within a few years and there will be no any institution and currency which will defeat bitcoin. Yeah, Monero, Litecoin, I would even include Ethereum Classic, but I don't know what's going on with the market. Since the beginning the price has dropped a lot, maybe Ethereum's problem lies in the fundamentals. In that case, the problem is valid for both chains.Altcoins will always be here. Anyway, I believe that these coins will only survive if the improvements can not be implemented in Bitcoin itself, if necessary.
Will become bad for me because of i can not make growing up my bitcoins, usually i make increase my bitcoins via trading altcoins and if bitcoins without altcoins it is mean there are no instrument of investments for making profit with low amount of capital om trading activity, except i have large capital for trading bitcoin to fiat money.
I don't think so. If you still hold your Bitcoin while there are no other digital currencies, you can easily get rich after a few years. Bitcoin price is being blocked by others cryptos such as Etherium. If Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency, don't you think that after every year, Bitcoin price will increase by 200%-300% ?

Just like in real currency, there are local money and the main currency is dollar. And if the crypto currency doesn't have any competitors or alt coins at all. Then the price pump of bitcoin is going to be fast because those people who are investing with alt coins will simply invest to bitcoins. They will buy bitcoin and that will make the value of bitcoin higher because of the demand.
You are right it is something the people investing on altcoins is they will invest back to bitcoin because there is no altcoin to invest on. When the demand is getting high then the price also getting high so we could say that if lot of users or investing bitcoin it can affect the price of bitcoin.
In my opinion it's because of the bitcoin that all these other altcoins gained whatever little popularity and value they could manage to have they have today so I don't think they have done any good or harm to bitcoin or if there presence have made any impact on bitcoin. Each and every day new coins are being introduced and they stay there for a few days or months and then disappear into oblivion but bitcoin has been here since it came into existence and I believe it's gonna stay here for ages to come. Bitcoin has done well and will be doing well without any altcoins.
