Yes and I find it hard to understand. It seems it's not that easy giving away free money after all.

People can see the odds of winning just by looking at the amount of followers we have. Even with amazing odds people still don't seem that interested. You won't get odds like this in any competition or giveaway that I know of.

It is because your rank is just "Newbie". There are restrictions on what a certain rank can do. In your case, you are restricted from posting pictures. You''l need to be at least Jr. Member to be able to post pictures. The higher the rank, the more privilege it can have. Like having an avatar when you reach Full Member.
