Unfortunately no. When I tried to trade there the spread between bid and ask were more than 3 or 4 dollars/eur.

Since the Mt Gox debacle I haven't been there. But I will look into it later on.

- CONT'D -

Well, I had my bitcoin trasfered there and back without any problems and the email support was great so far,

but unfortunately no one trades there...in USD and EUR there are only inaccepable offers.

So, I have to wait till more offers are listed (if ever).

It's a little sad - because the site is so slick compared to Mt Gox for example and it offers more features, but as long as no one trades there it's just not gonna work.

Will check the site daily - as soon as it is a viable option I will continue with the test.

So long,

- elements

PS: tried out trade hill as well and I was completly dissapointed - they promote themselves as THE global exchange and the only way to get USD in is with Dwolla - EUR not supported at all. Bummer!
(For latin american currencies this might work, though...)

- CONT'D -

Transfer cleared: 1 BTC is now in my account. 06.49 p. m. (CEST/UTC+2)

Rating: A  (considering the network at the moment)

(3) Withdrawl of BTC / Transfer to any bitcoin address:

- you need to enter your account password (for extra security)
- Withdrawl of 1 BTC was confirmed and 2 sec. later it appeared in my client
- they took a transfer fee of 0.01 BTC - so only 0.99 BTC arrived in my client

Rating: B (since the tranfer fee was not announced before transaction - otherwise I would have given an A-)

TO BE CONT.

My experiences with them so far have been very positive. Transfers are fast and they seem to be quite helpful on these boards. Of course trust can only be built up over time, so time will tell.

Hi fellow bitcoiners,

I decided to give it a try and test bitcoin7 starting today and posting results gradually.

Any fellow users are invited to post their experiences with bitcoin7 as well !

(1) Email support

Asked a question about Paysafe card (one of their ways to fund your account).
Got the answer within 7 minutes !

BTW for those who want to add funds using Paysafe Card: current fee is 5%, they are still negotiating to get it lower
(in the add section it stated 0-12% fee - that was why I asked for a more specific figure).

Rating: A+

(2) Funding your account with bitcoin

Send 1 BTC to my bitcoin7 account at 05.33 p. m. (CEST/UTC+2)
Bitcoin client confirmations : 4 at 06.24 p. m. (CEST/UTC+2)
(this might take a while due to current difficulty: 1.92 blocks/hour)

Received (in bitcoin7 account): TBA (this will be changed once the transfer is cleared)

Rating: TBA (this will be changed once the transfer is cleared)

TO BE TESTED NEXT

- Withdrawl of BTC
- Selling BTC to national currency
- Buying BTC for national currency

Meanwhile any support in Bitcoins, usage of referral-link or sharing of experience are gladly accepted!

Happy bitcoining Wink
