I send bitcoin7 some 50€ before the hack (22.09.2011) that never got credited to my account.
After some emails and tell them that I would get my bank to investigate the issue the money got credited back to my account on 14.10.2011
I don't know if it was credited back automatically  because the SEPA didn't work, what the guy from bitcoin7 suggested, or if it was credited back by hand from bitcoin7.
My bank said that it usually doesn't take so long for myey to get credited back when there is something wrong with the SEPA transfer.

why not just chargeback?

Bitcoin7 are asking people to upload scans of their passports/driving licenses, bank statements and utility bills? Haha.

Anyone attempting to reclaim their money using that form is going to get seriously scammed. again. lol

People in other threads are warning about giving them the desired information to get you $/€/BTC back.

Well you have to admit, a good point here is made

Also on the one hand:  Our security was so piss poor that we go hacked and lost a bunch of your money - sorry guys.  We do not have the resources to fix the holes in our security so we are leaving town.

On the other hand:  Give us a bunch of personal information - we promise that even though we admit we have done nothing to fix the holes in our security your information is safe with us, no, really, we are serious.

Do you think the resent spike in selling value this afternoon has to do with the apparent hack of bitcoin7?

And has anyone used the form to clain back money?
I had some € transferred by SEPA (22.09.2011) that never got credited to my account. I send a mail inquiring about the money (30.09.2011) and they said they have some problem with their bank and asked for some patience (some hours later). Since then nothing from their side.

Are here more People that have Problems with withdraw of BTC's from bitcoin7.com ?
Through a mistake i sent to much BTC for selling to Bitcoin7.com, so I decided to transfer a Part back.
I initatied the Transfer back of 50 BTC's i gave my wallet ID, but 2 Days later still nothing is transfered back, and the BTC are not more in my Account in Bitcoin7.com.
I used this Adress: 1NCJto28v38haKzvNgk47QqugcbmvrFNLj. Also in the Blockexplorer it is not possible to see the Payout.
2 Times i wrote a Mail to the Support Address, but no response.
Here in another Part of Forum, they are talking about, that they were hacked in the last Day.

Are here Other Persons that have the same Problem ?

Thank You.
