Never, NEVER sell via Paypal.

You're selling a non-refundable good (bitcoin) for a refundable good (Paypal). In pretty much every Paypal to BTC transaction I've heard about, the buyer has charged back.
If you MUST sell via Paypal (which I strongly advise against), use the OTC room and only trade with BCB or BigBitz (and make sure they're auth'd!).

my problem is:
***
In trades #4640 and #4651 i sold some bitcoins for total amount of €186.70 EUR. I released the escrow to the buyer, he rated me 5/5. But after about a week he started and WON an unathorised transaction dispute on paypal. Now I see it as negative balance in PayPal.

I have ASKED for help via the HELP & SUPPORT section OF BITCOINARY.COM, marked the case as URGENT, but received NO (0) ANSWER for MORE THAN A WEEK.

* Members, PLEASE help me and advice me what to do.
* Ian, do something (not only "save/eat" your escrow fee)

I was Victim of a scam

https://www.bitcoinary.com/trades/4183
by Empirecam aka markcleaver

He sent nothing after my money transfert (pp). Now he pretend he was scammed by me (!) and pretend I try to cancel the paiement after I receive his BTC.

My key was never use before and shows no operation.

There is no trace at all via http://blockexplorer.com/address/.....

It looks like this site is full of scammers
and offer escrow via newbie account !?

In another transaction the profile of the escrow was a new one created 24 hours after I registered and reply to an offer.

No assistance at all. Very suspicious since they are all based in London apparently. I suspect a gang.
