Hello OP, If that is the only plagiarized content that you found on their whitepaper, their team can fix it. That is a very very small percentage of the 29 pages paper.
About the "fake team member"- the link is to their community as you can read the word "community" in the link. The team can fix that by replacing the word "team" for "community" - it could be a mistake.
Also, we dont expect a project to have 934 team members.
Maybe you should contact the team and ask them for the profile of the team, pictures, etc.. And let them know the current situation of their links, whitepaper, etc by referring to your post/thread.
