He's right though.

I did not open this thread to discuss about Bitcoin Discussion board, which is without any doubt turned into a haven for shitposters. I guess I am also consider one of them since I post there from time to time.

Even after all this I think he had a valid point that Bitcoin should not be promoted as investment because of upcoming halving time, rather it should be seen as an medium of digital currency exchange. I even see he didn't pointed the last comment to you specifically as per the PM. Although it was his thread and he could lock it whenever he wants, you can always start a REE. if you want to continue the discussion.

I don't understand the purpose of this thread anyways, there are more rude peoples than him around here.

One more who think it is about what Bitcoin is/or is halving important or not, your comment is completely missed, why are you commenting if you can't understand what it is about?

~snip~.

Tag someone because of this? Well, someone would crucify me upside down if I did that, this is not for tagging.

I just want to show who is person behind that name, but considering that I see how others thinks it is better to lock this down before I get tag for endangering freedom of expression or posting private messages.

Honestly I would drop it and wouldn't have created this thread. I'm also opposed to people bringing PM's into public unless there is a scam or in very few other special circumstance situations - this is not one of them.
I'm surprised you didn't just move on; just because he responds rudely to a PM conversation that you initiated doesn't need a thread or reputation topic created for them. You would have been better off leaving them a neutral tag about their attitude as you obviously wanted it documented for other forum users. I would see nothing wrong with that. I would suggest let their own actions show forum users what type of individual they are and make a decision as to whether or not they wish to engage with them.

As the thread creator he also has the right to lock the conversation - and anyone there has/had the right to call people names if they choose to be childish. Should you wish to carry on the conversation just recreate the thread yourself.

He's right though.

90% of that thread is signature spam shitposts, just regurgitating the same ideas and not presenting anything new or insightful.

I already had 1/4 of the accounts in that thread on ignore.

His attitude could definitely use an improvement. I guess he didn't know any better, but that's why for the most part I stay out of Bitcoin Discussion. However unfortunately, its been overrun by spammers.

User Bitcoin_bullish is recently open thread and after discussion did not go in the direction he obviously wanted, thread is locked and he call all of us morons/idiots:

Quote
You have no idea what you are talking about and after reading all these shitposts especially yours that begins with "hahahaha" it is obvious that I'm wasting my time with morons. I lock this post right now and I will stop wasting my time with idiots like you. There is no value or anything of importance in your comment or 90% of the posts that I read rom arrogant morons like you and to be honest most older members like yourself are plain stupid and their greed and lack of rational thinking is forcing every new member out of bitcointalk. Keep posting your bullshit.

When I asked him on PM why he thought I was a moron idiot he was very rude and accused me of having multiple accounts with whom I abuse signature campaigns and merit system. I can proudly say that I only have one account in this forum, if anyone thinks otherwise let them publicly prove it.

I must emphasize that I did not find myself particularly offended by this method of communication and that this thread should only serve as a proof of what kind of a member he is and what he thinks about the users of this forum.

This is PM he sends me, after which he blocked me:

First of all I didn't answer to you, but to another person. But since you got so agitated it is almost certain that this other account is yours as well. I bet you have even more and exploit signatures just as your friends are and pass merit with each other for shitposts like this one. On topic you were disrespectful and you've got the answer you deserve. The reasons are exactly what I've typed in my last post. You are also ignored from now on, and I won't be spenting any more time on this toxic forum. All that I have seen here are morons exactly just like you. Instead of winning you should be happy for getting undeserved attention. Fuck off Lucius/joinfree and I'm happy I won't be seeing your shitty posts again.
