Own server and its running on promox with lxc.If i rename those files and run bitcoind again it recreates them?

Yes it recreates them.

I'm taking a wild guess here, but I'm suspecting the problem is with whatever virtual Ethernet connection is being made for the LXC container.

Try a test - Run an SSH server inside the container, and attempt to connect to it from one of your other PCs. Maybe use SFTP and download a large file from the container. If the connection breaks off for some reason, you can be sure that's the problem.

ok i think i worked it out its either pfblocker was blocking the seed dns or scuricata blocking something. i added the seed dns addresses to whitelist and cant see anything blocking p2p addresses. At least i know where to start next time, thanks for the suggestions.

see logs in pastebin, also not sure why it trying tor network is that normal?

Can you post the whole log of the latest session? Or at least the related parts.
Because the recurring "Peer=n is stalling block download, disconnecting" doesn't tell much about the issue.
You can edit-out some parts that you do not want to share of course.

Also, you can also try to enable debugging (-debug=1) to output more information in the logs if there's nothing peculiar in the current entries.

Operating System: Debian LXC

LXC is virtualization technology, not one of Debian flavor. Do you use VPS (which should be good internet connection) or your own computer/server?

Description of Problem: I am using Biotcoind -Bitcoin Core IDB seems to and gets stuck at Block Height-372235 then constantly shows peers stalling.I have rebooted and changed db_cache-1024.

Have you tried getting different node by Shutting down Bitcoin Core and rename/delete file which store other node data (anchors.dat and peers.dat)?

System Hardware Specs:  Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4208 CPU @ 2.10GHz Core 2 Cores of CPU with 4 GB RAM 1Gb swap and 1TB EXt HDD for blockchain
That CPU has 8 Cores. I'd say 4 GB RAM is quite low for such a system.

I found some testnet references related to stalling on big blocks, but block 372235 isn't big. The testnet solution suggested to increase BLOCK_STALLING_TIMEOUT, and even though that wasn't the solution, it sounds reasonable. Especially if your system is low on RAM I can imagine it's just slow.
