Now that there are more advanced services accepting European bank wires, I don't see the need to restore the old bitcoinexchange.com. However, I might restore the SMS buying option. It works well for people who just want to get a few coins quickly and buy something small. Competitors are welcome. I recommend ZayPay for a gateway.
