If you don't like the fact that scammers, pumpers/dumpers etc. aren't banned, go to another forum. If you don't want to, read the forum rules again. Now if he's actually breaking the rules, then I'm all for a ban. But, I'm sorry to tell you that the people outlined above aren't susceptible to a ban unless they actually break the rules.
Ban him for what, exactly? There are tons of idiots on this forum who are permabull, permabears, and permaretards. This guy in particular, if I'm not mistaken, tends to favor self-moderated threads, and that irks me but whatever. I don't see a reason to ban him unless he is obviously a permatroll. I haven't observed that, but I'm not a mod and don't really pay attention to that unless it's blatant. I love a good troll.

Am I the only one that thinks bitcoinlitcoinbtcltc should be banned from Bitcointalk? Everyone here has seen his blatant pump and dump attempts on altcoins. Granted they have little to zero affect on price, but he's so blatant about it and no one does anything. He could potentially be hurting noobs out there...
The only thing that can be said about me is that I'm a perma bull on Litecoin based on fundamentals. This guy is actually trying to scalp people by day trading based on manipulating people (or so he tries).
