There are more than enough legitimate gaming, gambling and investment sites for people to avail themselves of without resorting to seeking to profit from fraud and theft.
I don't understand why every scam here is called ponzi. I mean this one for example, it is obviously scam, because the payouts are fake which is easy to see because no one paid in. But it does not make it a ponzi. A ponzi means a site is actually paying for a while with the money of other investors in order to simulate a high profitable business. We don't know if this site would pay at all (I consider this unlikely), we only know OP is a liar.

Or to put it that way: if you call something like this a ponzi, some more naive people might want to try to gamble on this, basically putting a bet on being one of the first so they actually profit when in fact their chances are much lower than on a real ponzi scam.
