Edit: The guy above meant, ask for a signature every time the person wants to see a message, with a different timestamp in each. That way one can't be reused if it was found somewhere.

Sure it can be included in the future update.

It's nice, I wanted to see how a private message would work so I sent a private one to my own address and when I enter the address in the top box to see the message, it is asking me to sign a message displayed to prove the ownership of the address.

Which means only the person knowing the private key of that address will be able to view it. It's pretty good. Sort of like PGP. But I think you should also include a date in that message which one needs to sign so there is no way to abuse it in anyway.

What exactly does 'report message' feature does?

I have included the "message id" of the message in the text which needs to be signed so that it is unique for every message.
Report message allows users to report spam/abusive or other inappropriate messages so that they can be deleted.
