If you are referring to the Wiki, it is a wiki. i.e., you can help manage it. :-)

There are several ways to find others nearby who might be wishing to trade:

The most popular appears to be: Bitcoin.local http://www.tradebitcoin.com
Might become a good community, but for inclusion on Bitcoin.org, I'd personally only like to see a bit more established sites, it would get quite cluttered quickly otherwise.
