I had spoken with the owner of the site before (based on the fairness of the system) and it was about a day or two later that he responded.
We continued emailing for several days. Perhaps check your junk email and also go to your sent messages, make sure you sent it to the correct address (we all make mistakes).

I had sent 2 emails, when I first saw it was stuck, and sent a second one about an hour ago, and didn't get a reply yet.

That doesn't sound good. I would be suspicious at this point. I certainly wouldn't continue using the service until this is resolved.
