they would need to spend the up front money to pay for the software license which i have and is already running.

I visited your website, the software looks familiar. I don't know whats its name, but I've seen it around. So, you don't really have anything and are demanding 50-50 partnership. Whats to prevent a coder to use that software since its not custom build and do the same work he would do anyway, and get 100% of the profits?

Wanting to partner 50/50 in a deal. I already have the poker software fully working and operational, just need better front end coding aswell making cashout / deposits via bitcoin possible.
