One of the methods:

1. back up both wallets from qt and armory (I hope you know how to do backup) (export private keys)
2. delete blockchain from %AppData% folder.

(1) Make sure Armory is closed. If you run Bitcoin-Qt/bitcoind yourself, close that as well.
(2) You need to find the Bitcoin-Qt/bitcoind home directory in your file browser. It can be found:
Windows: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin
Linux: /home//.bitcoin
MacOSX: /Users//Library/Application Support/Bitcoin

(3) Within that directory, remove all files and folders EXCEPT wallet.dat. The only file remaining should be wallet.dat!
(4a) If you don’t run Bitcoin-Qt/bitcoin manually (or don’t know what I’m talking about), just start Armory. It will run bitcoind in the background, which will resynchronize with the network (4 to 48 hours depending on your connection).
(4b) If you run Bitcoin-Qt/bitcoind manually, restart it. Wait for it to finish synchronizing with the network (4-48 hours depending on your connection).  A green checkmark will appear in the bottom-right corner when it’s done. Then start Armory.

3. BUT before you do point "4b" download NEWEST versions of both qt and armory

https[Suspicious link removed]

4. Import private keys after SYNCHRONIZING (point 4b)

ok, I did everything exactly as you said, right now just finished the whole process of BitcoinQt and continues exactly the same ..... I do not know what else can I do?  Huh Huh Cry

Those are transaction - and as you already know - confirmed..

Those are addresses of the wallets

If you client don't show your ballance correctly try to reset the blockchain ...

Smiley and start to learn about bitcoin, as I see your knowledge (you did not knew about tx, and that those are confirmed long time ago)

@bitcointalk you cand find many useful threads with ready answers - or you can always ask us .. but it would be better for you to learn basic knowledge Smiley then everything will be less stressful for you.

Cheers!

This transaction is confirmed.  It has more than 1100 Confirmations.

This transaction is confirmed.  It has more than 2080 Confirmations.

Either your wallet is not connected to any peers and is not caught up synchronizing the blockchain, or your wallet somehow failed to notice the transactions confirmed in that block.

Perhaps you can try running Bitcoin-Qt with the "rescan" command line option?  This will force it to re-scan through the blockchain on your hard drive and make sure that all transactions are accounted for.
