i have ordered an e-Voucher from here and i haven't got any transaction email or anything.
i had overpaid on bitpay, they said they ll refund me in 2-3 days the overpaid value and that the invoice has been credited to the merchant,Contact him to inquire about the order status.
Please help.

if they use bitpay
just contact bitpay support
provide your order # and they'll refund the amount you overpaid
