OP, why not just order a card of your own? Do not (even for a second) consider offers from scammers (like this blo8i who posted above). If you don't want to lose money, use your own card. If you use a thief's card, that thief will steal your money. Remember, he has the following advantages:
1. Access to his bitcoin card's account (he can reset it anytime)
2. Option to cancel the card by calling the card issuer and having a new card re-issued (after he sees that you deposited bitcoins into the card)
3. If he holds a second card, he can simply access the card he sent you and have all your money transferred to his second card.
4. He sounds Indian. Certified scammers.
