I do not think that it is going to touch those huge and enourmous numbers, it is more than difficult due to the actual market conditions. Even $15,000 is quite impossible for this year

having another new bull market this year is not the same as setting a new ATH though. I completely agree that it is impossible to reach $60k but we can easily see a bull market this year. it is true that we had a big bull market last year but we also had a huge bear market that lasted long enough and price fell down enough (70% drop). we can easily see the rise for the rest of the year and reach back above $10k and that can be a very reasonable bull market for this year.

Well, I suppose the only thing left to do is to see how the market evolves, the price has grown a lot in the last days and while some are calling this a new bull market I'm not so sure but maybe that is because I try to be very realistic about my expectations and despite the good behavior of the price of bitcoin I am still worried since the last crash that we saw was incredible and I do not want to be caught with my guard down.

It is not possible and something not any good analyst will predict. Bitcoins since the beginning of January has decreased about more than 50% and you are forecasting that it can reach 60,000 usd which is about more than 200% increase. Not possible

Yesterday i saw a thread bitcoin to reach $30k in the end of the year and now i see $60k for bitcoin price in this year, lol it's become more bigger. Look, anyone can predict the price of bitcoin, i can even say bitcoin will reach $100k in this year. The thing is we need to see the condition on the market right now, as you can see, the price is not even hit $10k right now. We need something big, really big to makes bitcoin reach that price.

Most of the cryptocurrency analyst are expecting for the market price of bitcoins to reach $50k dollars before the year ends and that is the reason why some traders are still optimistic about the market price and keep on holding their coins which is a good decision.

Even though I like that bitcoin's price to soar high just like what you are predicting right now, Because of the the current situation we are in I really think that the $10,000 will be reasonable this year, And we can wait for the price to soar up high the next year, Let's just be realistic about the value we can have in 2018 we can not assume that the bull run may hit that huge of amount right now because we can assure that some manipulator will always control any situation bitcoin have.

Although btc is known for making unexpected things, increasing the price thousand of bucks in a short period of time. Isn't it very optimistic or unrealistic prediction. I believe we're going to have a new ATH but I guess not this year but if that will happen of course i'll be very happy it's just I don't fully believe especially if the prediction is near unrealistic.

I hope we won't reach $60,000 this year, because it will end just like what happened after almost reaching the $20,000 mark. Everything that goes up hard in a short period of time will come down equally as hard.

And then we have the incompetence of the exchanges to deal with, because I'm quite sure that they will fail as hard as they did last year. And the network will end up being cluttered and choked to the absolute max.

In other words, the only thing another bull run will do is yet again prove how crappy this ecosystem is. Let's hope that we see the price increase gradually and allow this ecosystem enough time to expand organically.

It is possible for bitcoin to reach the speculated price if it rose to 15,000$ in the start of September. The impact of that statement is not definite because a co-founder of a project would not affect the price of bitcoin at all.

I personally wouldn't put to much on bitcoin hitting $60K this year. A lot has change and we are not in the bullish trend right now so its going to be very difficult to even hit $10K. You have to understand that those person who says bitcoin will hit this certain price is a huge investor, so it make sense for them to claim this wild price up trend so that they will see their portfolio grow overtime. But not this year though.

I learned as of now that that $20,000 all time high became possible only because of the shilling and FOMO of the medias and investors, plus the lack of knowledge of the people about Bitcoin. This created an opportunity for the holders to get as much attention in Bitcoin and get the price high as much as possible. Since a lot of people got scammed of money and a lot of them have loss so much in Bitcoin, I do not think Bitcoin would increase in that price at the end of the year, unless something big has been announce that would really attract people.

saying "I predicted the bottom right" just reduces his credibility instead of increasing it because it shows how little he understands the bitcoin market and how desperate he is for saying he is right.

Also making predictions - whether they got them right or not - cost them nothing and they gain publicity for themselves or their project.

He got the bottom right - if we did hit the bottom yet.
Bitcoin will reach 60k - if it'll reach 10k by end of August.
