I just though that it might discourage scammers from announcing random coins. Now, I know that this might meet some resistance as there are a lot of scammers here. I therefore, am willing to put up 5 BTC personally for the name and address of any scammer.

What happened with Elitecoin for you to care enough to want to trace the developer? I've given up on the alt world besides only a couple coins.

Bitcoins for information - I am setting up a fund (escrow) for information on the scammers on this forum. I will pay BTC for information, like the name and home address of scammers, like the creator of ELITECOIN among other scam coins. I suggest that that if you wish to uncover these scammers you pay into the fund:

1MkZ6QGB8jyTuUxs9TRbiM49bLT9Ezo5vo

I will pay whoever has the the knowledge and capabilities to uncover the scammer behind ELITECOIN

Suggest other scammers to uncover as well

A minimum of 5 BTC for anyone with information (has to be supported with real evidence)
