myonecoin.com allows international buyers to buy Bitcoins through NETELLER and UAE residents through PayPal.
How do we deal with charge backs :
PayPal purchases are only accepted from UAE residents with a verification process.
How? we deliver bitcoins through DHL locally. So what? so beside having verification documents from the the buyer, we receive proof from DHL that he signed for receiving it.
That's not enough! International PayPal account holders (in UAE) do not link their bank accounts, so we have cooperate credit cards linked to it where we make withdrawals on the card; thus, cant charge our credit card because they received a charge back. We still haven't had a problem !
But I dont live in the UAE?, we can still accept NETELLER payments, however a verification process is required with them directly if you deposit with a credit card.
