its been confirmed over 200 times now on the blockchain i checked again still no coins in my account. it has been confirmed on ellectrum too
What sites? Is it reliable?
If the payment has been made, you should able to see it on your incoming transaction.
If not, you should contact the support of the sites you use

if you look fo the TX id you will be able to find if you send it to the right address. If you sent to the right address you need to see if you paid the Tx fee and if you paid it... well in that case probably the site to where you send the coins is a scam...

Either that or its wallet's out of sync and not showing the latest transactions. I have known block explorers to do that sometimes. If the OP has a transaction ID he should send it to their support and ask if they can see it in their backend wallet, and if they can't point them to a link to the transaction in a block explorer.

I always send many transactions to different sites and it would never show up instantly even after it gets confirmation on the blockchain network as most have a limit set before each transaction shown as result in account history of each site (mostly they have 3 limit confirmation before showing and some I've encountered 5 confirmations before it's shown or rather get's reflected on your account).

electrum to alpha bay account

Contact support.

PS: thats the advice you get based on the questions you answered. You might get better advice if you answer more questions.

Lets give it one more try.

Does the transaction show as confirmed in electrum? If not, whats the transaction ID? You get it if you rightclick on the transaction in the history tab and select "Copy ID to clipboard".

No matter what, you are going to need that TX ID to start tracking anything.  Without that, you are just waiting to see what happens.  You can try support on the sending side, but that is pretty slow.

probably it's not confirmed?
show the link from block chain, but you have to wait some time…
ps the tx fee Huh

thanks for the help! the bitcoins should have arrived in the account in an hour or so but they didnt!

Is the transaction confirmed?

Its a website im looking to buy stuff off but on the site my balance is still 0 BTC. they have left my bitcoin wallet so i dont know where there gone?

Can you post the transaction ID?
Which wallet software/service do you use?
Which service do you want to send a payment to?

and it was 100 percent the right address. am i able to see whats going on from the blockchain information? i dont understand the blockchain either.

I dont know, but if you dont understand whats going on on a blockchain explorer its probably no help to you either.
