u can also inquire ur bank balance. If ur account balance went down same amount u have intended to buy the coins and then no coins recieved?  That would have something wrong? Or maybe ur coins still on transaction maximum of 2 days..

Did you find an exchange through Bitcoin.com? Which exchange did you use? Perhaps the transaction has to confirm first before you see it in your wallet. Did whatever "company"/exchange you use provide you with some sort of transaction URL? That would be the proof that shows the coins were sent to your wallet. What wallet are you using? Lots of questions I know but let's try to track down these coins for you. Welcome to bitcointalk and the crypto world, by the way. Smiley

I'm very new to the bitcoin (and quite frankly forum) world. I needed bitcoins pretty fast, so I used my card to buy an amount. I went through the bitcoin.com website. The company they use emailed me asking to confirm that I'd received the amount, however it hasn't shown up in my wallet. Is this normal? I need a quick reply if at all possible, the seller isn't wanting to keep his item long and will only accept bitcoin. Thanks!
