Another thing is to make sure you wallet is syncing with the blockchain.

The OP was quite clear about this, "I have a stable connection on the bottom right of the DOT is green and i changed the connection servers etc .." What may be the problem is that the OP loaded the wrong wallet, another native SegWit wallet or legacy account. If this is not the case, then unfortunately he is the victim of the already well-known clipboard malware that changed the recipient's address and there is no help anymore.

Another thing is that you should make sure you are using the latest version of electrum wallet.

The least likely cause of the problem, because unless it's versions below 3.3.4, all versions above will work identically when it comes to connecting to the server/s.

The bitcoin is sent already, it should appear as confirmed on electrum wallet. Hope the address is correct, you will need to check if you have not sent the bitcoin to a wrong address. hosseinimr93's comment would be my first instinct aswell... Copy/paste virusses exist. They change copy'd addresses to an attacker's address, so when you past said address you're funding the attacker's wallet instead of yours. Those virusses have made loads of victims over the years... They're not specific to electrum, they just monitor your clipboard for any string that looks like a bitcoin address and change it...

My second guess would be: did you download electrum from it's official website AND did you check the signature? Loads of fake electrum versions are floating around. Electrum is open source, so anybody can download it, change the sourcecode, compile it and distribute it... That's why it's important to only download from the official repo AND check for ThomasV's signature.

My thirth guess would be: maybe the server is lagging, but not so bad the button in the bottom corner went from green to orange... Maybe try switching electrum servers?

If your wallet is synced and the address belongs to your wallet, the balance should be shown.
Go to "Addresses" tab. Do you see bc1q72qheydwhgafvl3jdwy0d2w2uqmdgm4nas6ekr in list of addresses?

To check whether the address is yours or not, you can also go to "Console" tab and use the command below.

Code:
ismine ("bc1q72qheydwhgafvl3jdwy0d2w2uqmdgm4nas6ekr")

(If "Addresses" and "Console" tabs are not available, click on "View" at top of the window and make them shown.)
