Be a seller on localbitcoins so you can charge a markup, since time is not an issue like you said.

I have signed up with Circle and have used it.  It is indeed free and sometimes has better exchange rates than Coinbase.

As far as I can tell, Circle is fee free:

https://www.circle.com/en

Not sure the rule or laws with using Circle internationally, but in theory should be free.

I have found this link on Circle https://support.circle.com/hc/en-us/articles/200713745-How-do-I-withdraw-funds-from-my-Circle-account-

It appears that if I link a bank account with Circle then they will convert my BTC to USD for free.  No charges. That seems like a pretty good deal to me.  I am in the process of trying to link accounts now.  I guess it takes a couple of days.  Also, just at the moment, Circle has one of the highest prices for BTC so that is nice too.

If I get it to work, I will update.

if you are looking for the best rates and to have your money deposited directly into your bank account then you are going to want to use coinbase.

Circle tends to have wider spreads, and you don't want to deal with LBC as it is generally not good to give random strangers your bank account information

Well.... let me be clear.  I guess I am not explaining myself well.

I live overseas.  I bought bitcoins overseas.  I want to turn those Bitcoins into USD in my American bank account.

I am not in America right now, but when I go back, I would like my debit card to have some cash on it.

I have used Coinbase before to go from BTC -> USD, but they charge like 1%.  Is there any other service that I can go from BTC -> USD with lower fees?
So, what is so bad about Bitstamp?
seems like lower fees to me:

If I am in the US and I have some Bitcoins and want to turn them into USD via deposit into my US bank account, what service will do it for me at the best rates?  There is no rush to actually have the money immediately, this is for international remittance.

I guess the most known is LocalBitcoins.com , or you can post here on Bitcointalk forums on "Currency Exchange" section and post what rate you want & wait for clients Grin
