Virwox does accept Visa and Mastercard cards, they are just using Skrill checkout. I have bought few times using my Mastercard. Mind that their fees are huge, even up to 20%.
Yoj can use Coinbase if you are based in one of the 26 countries. See the lost on their site. They ask for id verification, but this is done in literally 5 minutes. You can also try Coincorner.com. They are using credit card verification, the deduct a small deposit from your account. They are also legit, read the reviews online.

Beware with Virwox, it may seem appealing at first because they deliver your Bitcoin really fast, but their high fees thanks to paypal + SLL rate conversion are absolutely ridiculous. I got scammed when I was a newbie.
